What to do with your Children during October Half Term in Surrey 2019

With only a few days before children break up for October half term in Surrey 2019, have you got anything planned to keep them busy? This year, it’s Halloween during half term, so there are so many fun things to do in Surrey.  Some are even free! Here are some of my favourite things to do.

1. Shaun the Sheep Activity Trail – Alice Holt Forest Woodland Park

After all that rain we have had recently, lets hope that this October half term will be dry and the kids can get outside! One of my favourite places to go, is Alice Holt in Farnham.  There is so much to do there, and its free to visit apart from the car parking charges.    You can go for a walk, cycle, play family games, have a little hot chocolate and a picnic in the lovely woods, or play your way along the Timberline play trail.  This half term, to celebrate the new film Shaun the Sheep, they have a Glow Trail organised.

For older children, they have the go ape climbing adventure, however, there is a charge for this.
